Right of withdrawal

1.1 Pursuant to articles. 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases without VAT number), he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty within 14 days from the date on which he physically takes possession of the Products, by sending a communication by registered letter with return receipt to the following address: Palumbo Srl, Largo Stazione 12,73050 Seclì (Le) or by sending a certified email to: [email protected], which highlights the Customer's intention to exercise the right of withdrawal; this communication must contain:

indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
order number and in the event that the Customer has paid for the Products by bank transfer;
the IBAN code of the Customer to which the refund must be made. The return shipping address will be communicated by our operators.
An operator of Briconow.com. will arrange an appointment with the Customer for the collection of the goods at the customer's home with a courier sent by Briconow.com. The Customer will not pay anything for the return of the product, with the exception of shipping costs relating to the return of the goods (except as otherwise provided in the specific product sheet). Briconow.com will proceed within 14 days of returning the goods to credit the amount after verifying the integrity of the goods and retaining only the amount of delivery and return shipping costs. The credit will take place in the same terms as the payment. In the case of cash on delivery purchases, the sums will be credited back via bank transfer. For the purposes of expiry of the 30 day period, the goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the courier. The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packages), kept and possibly used according to normal diligence, without there being any signs of wear or dirt. Withdrawal will not be permitted in cases where the products have been assembled, used and/or show signs of silicone coating.

 

1.2 The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (accessories, attached software);
the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables);
to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box, on which to affix the label provided by Briconow.com, showing the RMA number (return authorization code); In all cases, affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided;
the shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
in the event of damage to the goods during transport by the customer, Briconow.com will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier. chosen and obtain reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
Briconow.com is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with shipments paid by the Customer;
upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the package and/or the original packaging are damaged, Briconow.com will deduct a percentage from the refund due, however not exceeding 20% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.

1.3 The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Briconow.com ascertains:

non-diligent use of the goods that has compromised their integrity, or the use of any consumables;
the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts);
damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the Briconow.com headquarters available to the Customer for collection at his expense.
